Observation Cases

Observation Cases - joint event of the anthropological critical periodical AnBlokk , Balázs Beöthy, Lilla Khoór and Plagium 2000.

By the recall of avantgarde strategies which are undermining the viewer's position performative lectures and informal conversations are taking place between sociologists and artists during the evening. Subject of discussion is the most recent issue of the periodical anBlokk, which, analysing the figure of the communist secret agent, also deals with the practice of social and political observation.

"... there is no observed without observer, what is but banal logical interaction--once this is referred to the real world, though, it becomes pernicious."

The event OBSERVATION CASES is presented as part of Labor Könyvtér (Labor Bookspace) programme.
